I Could Have Done This On My Mac

A wonderful project by design student Briar Mark. After carefully typesetting amusing sayings on her computer, she transfers them to paper and begins the laborious process of cleverly hand sticking each piece by hand.

The project explores the idea of handcraft versus Graphic Design. I documented the extensive range of experiments and the project resulted in a series of largescale stitched posters. This work has featured in both Urbis and Metro Magazines and was exhibited in the Best in Show Exhibition in April 2012 at ObjectSpace gallery.
